This includes overseeing the progress and successful completion of innovation projects, contributing towards dissemination and communication activities managed by the innovation hub, coordinating efforts to implement standard operating procedures and key performance indicators relevant to the innovation hub, and coordinating the administrative and financial requirements for innovation proposals preparation. Network and attract new collaborations, including the identification of new opportunities for technology transfer, Intellectual Property (IP), and entrepreneurship stemming from the Center’s research activities, and liaising with industrial partners and stakeholders to develop collaboration opportunities based on the expertise and goals of the Center.

Achievements: • Cooperation agreement with the innovation and entrepreneurship unit of the Bolivar group. • Organization and development of the first Hackathon of the Santo Tomás University with the involvement of 190 students and different public and private actors.

Achievements: • Linking 17 Universities nationwide with R&D&I offer • Linking 12 Companies from different economic sectors as sponsors of the event. • Application of 425 student projects • Construction of the Ibagué CTI ring with the University of Tolima, the University of Ibagué, SENA and the Government of Tolima. • Identification of the map of project products for the linking of the research groups of the allied institutions. • Linkage under the figure of cooperation of the Tolima Conservatory of Music and the secretaries of education and ICT.
