Recruitment and sourcing of IT professionals, administration, and directive positions across the USA, Canada, and LATAM. Facilitate the movement of candidates through the recruitment process from posting open positions on job boards, coordinating candidate documents, scheduling interviews across departments, handling last-minute scheduling changes, creating offer letters, and conducting background checks, to smoothing over any other stoppers in the hiring process. Working, communicating, and closely keeping updates, my main job was to make sure that the hiring process ran smoothly.
Main achievements: Develop recruitment goals and objectives, develop a sustainable recruiting strategy, and creation of dashboards to keep track of KPIs and goals. Identify areas of recruiting strategies that need improvement and create plans. Build a robust and consistent talent pool to find qualified candidates, both active and passive, managing to enter into the databases about 100 candidates per job opening, and handling about 8 to 18 vacancies. Identify key recruiting KPIs Carefully review applicants and identify the most qualified for a given position being able to manage referral programs with a success rate of more than 30% of hirings through those sources. Prepare progress reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to present to several areas so we can make smart, fast, data-driven decisions.
