Is there any recruitment powered by AI out there or still a human being? Well, hello anyway!
I’ve worked in the digital industry for 13 years . I spent the 5 earliest years at a digital marketing agency building up GTM digital strategies and communication – marketing consultancies for several clients such as Grupo Planeta, Banco Mediolanum or Disney Store. It was a hybrid role: I was part of Operations with focus in production, but supported the new business unit as well, which allowed me to deal with the thrill of conducting proposals exposures.
After a magnificent experience, it was time to come back home and explore other areas of the map. I landed in the hardware gaming field by being in charge of an ecommerce with more than 40 brands and 4k products listed. As for the market share, we became the third pure player online client for our providers, after Amazon and PC Com. I started to take on the marketing strategies as well as overseeing the performance of both team and KPI’s covering the whole conversion funnel (TOFU – BOFU). Halfway through this trip, The CEO offered me to be promoted for the COO role, which I accepted. I found it so stimulating that my priority is to stay the course in a similar position. Although I feel more at ease at Operations Management, marketing rocks and lets me obtain a more comprehensive overview of the whole picture. I believe in order to know how to manage properly, you need to know how to do properly beforehand. That is why I test by my own a wide assortment of digital solutions to hit the target at marketing, purchases, product, logistics…
Besides improving my hard skills, I’d love to be part of a company where 100% English immersion is provided so I can level up my english. And as for some extra *new year’s* resolutions, being part of a dynamic, ethical and multicultural company is a plus.
