Economist with over 7 years of experience in private and public social impact organizations, with additional studies in Business and Leadership. My career has been focused on strategy, partnerships, and project management. I have successfully articulated diverse stakeholders at strategic, technical, operational, and community levels, guiding them towards achieving common objectives. I also have contributed to the effective implementation of impact investment mechanisms; technology for impact projects; and public policy programs in collaboration with state and national governments in Latin America. Along this path, I have developed adaptive leadership skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges, driving change and generating a positive impact on organizations and society.

Experiencia laboral
I have led a consultancy for a State Government in Mexico for the structuring and implementation of a multidimensional economic inclusion program (Graduation). Through strategic and technical advisory, field team training, conflict mediation, and strengthening monitoring processes, we have positively impacted 10,000 households in poverty. Additionally, I have successfully negotiated business deals totaling USD 1 million, formulating and subsequently accompanying projects of consultancy for governments' social protection systems and technological innovation for social impact in Latin America.
Played a key role in the strategic redirection of the organization, the structuring of an efficient operational deployment and the design of grant allocation models for the Education, Environment, and Health strategies. I also led the deployment of the Education strategy in Colombia, with a focus on the Caribbean region, through strategic alliances and innovative project design, such as an impact investment fund, I contributed to achieving objectives for a portfolio of USD 6.5 million.
Supported the implementation and monitoring of programs for over 250,000 children and youth in Colombia and contributed to the formulation of the National Childhood and Adolescence Public Policy. Furthermore, I designed statistical tools for targeting, monitoring, and measuring program results, showcasing analytical, technical, and strategic skills.
Contributed to achieving the annual sales target by designing the strategy and creating pedagogical and economic proposals for clients, individually raising USD 25,000, 15% of the target. Additionally, I led the implementation of leadership, socio-emotional skills and innovation programs for teenagers and teachers.
