Experiencia laboral
In my current role at Dell Inferno, I am responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources team, focusing on team performance, employee development, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. I oversee supplier and purchase management, including negotiating contracts, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods and services. Additionally, I handle payment management processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions. I am also in charge of inventory control, implementing strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize costs, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
As an Accounting Assistant, my responsibilities included managing the invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely generation of invoices to support the company’s financial operations. I was also responsible for filing gross income taxes, maintaining compliance with relevant tax regulations, and ensuring that all filings were completed accurately and on schedule. Additionally, I handled VAT management, including calculating, recording, and remitting VAT payments, while maintaining detailed records to support financial audits and reporting requirements.
