I am an advertising and public relations professional, with a focus on digital marketing, with more than 14 years of experience working in different industries (product, services, marketing and communications). I have at least 6 years implementing the OKR framework in different companies and more than 7 years of experience leading projects of all types (with emphasis on marketing, automation, technology) and with the different approaches: agile, hybrid and predictive.

I have strengths and skills in leadership, negotiation, business management, and strategic management. I have professional certifications that support my experience: PMP (Project Management Professional) from PMI, Scrum Master, Product Owner, OKR (implementation and management of the Objectives and Key Results framework), Leadership in remote work and virtual collaboration.

I love teaching and sharing my experience, that’s why I am a trainer of in-company work teams, in courses, workshops and workshops in different areas such as digital marketing and OKR’s.
