I have about 12 years of experience as legal translator, I have worked in different areas of telecommunication services. I have worked in for Teleperformance, TELUS International and AI TELUS International for Spain and Ireland, also I have worked for TransPerfect and Blackhawk. Different duties at each of them, but related to banking services, reservation services, customer support, tech support, sales, edition, error correction and quality assurance. I have had a great experience working with some NGOs as interpreter in projects that are mainly focused on helping poor communities and developing programs that support women and children. I recently received my Diploma in Digital Marketing which I consider has provided me with useful skills for any area I decide to work with.
