My name is Danitza Díaz Zamora, and I am passionate about improving people’s quality of life through design. I am constantly learning new things every day, and I love meeting people who are not afraid to share their ideas with the world.
I studied Design at the University of Valparaíso, Chile and at Politecnico di Milano, Italy. Throughout my 8 years of work experience, I have learned a lot about concepts and theories related to UX/UI and Service Design through postgraduate courses and various courses. I am a person who always thinks of the holistic experience and the big-picture of all situations and who enjoys every part of the design process, from the ideation to the development process.
In my personal life, I am a mother of a little dachshund, in my spare time I draw and play DOTA2. My favourite video game is Horizon Zero Dawn and Forbidden West, I am also a collector of LPs of my favourite music, in my collection I have quite a variety of music from ABBA to Nothing But Thieves.

Mainly in charge of the design of SimpliRoute B2B product in the Tracking, Checkout and Routing teams. I carried out tasks such as UX research, UI Design, and co-creative activities with stakeholders.
As a Product Designer, I was in charge of delivering high-fidelity proposals and implementing user discovery and research processes within the company, impacting design decisions and constantly improving the product for its students.
In charge of the digital sales part of the company I performed the following functions: * Redesign and improvement of the digital sales flow' * Implement accessibility aspects within the company at the management level.
In charge of researching, designing and prototyping proposals for different clients, such as Generalli (PlanVital), UltraPort, Banco and Ripley Peru.
Head of the company s UX area, Formax is a company that specialized in e-commerce and digital products. My main participation was linked to different platforms of digital stores related to retail.
In charge of the design and development of digital applications and websites related to the requirements of Marketing Med and its respective clients.
