In charge of equipment and systems within the notary's office. Specific activities: -Administrative processes in notary's office systems. -Corrective and preventive maintenance of the computer equipment of the collaborators. Follow-up by means of specific requests. -Analysis of new technological tools and methodologies to be implemented. -Implementation of technology products -Support in IT solutions

Objective: Implementation of Payroll System for new external customers Specific activities: -Administration and follow-up of tasks. -Analysis of customer requirements -Prospecting and researching new needs for future implementations -Project tracking through Project Server and CRM -Training of the system and its modules to the different end-users. -Creation of reports for end-users. -Database management and administration through SQL Server -Providing support and channeling cases to clients of the responsible office.

General objective: Working with internal needs and problems of the organization to seek continuous improvement of the organization, employees, and our customers. The position is Process Analyst in the Innovation area, but this role can be adapted according to the needs of each project. The roles I tend to perform are the following: Business Process Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Innovation Consultant. Some specific activities: Business Process Analyst: - Conduct internal interviews and identify the needs of the different areas of the organization. - Process mapping - Identification of specific problems (Process, Technology, and People). - Ideation and creation of improvement proposals Business Analyst: - Understanding of business problems and objectives - Analysis and alignment of customer need with delivered solutions. - Creation of business and technical requirements. Project Manager: - Planning and organization of project activities - Follow-up and supervision of project stakeholders' tasks. - Implementation and communication of solutions with end-users. Innovation and change management consultant: - Listening and identifying the diverse situations of the organization. - Advise coordinators, managers, and various internal clients on possible technological solutions. - Research new tools, methodologies, and ways to facilitate the way the organization works. - Creation and implementation of methodologies that support and benefit the innovative culture. - Propose innovative ideas and projects for the continuous improvement of the organization. - Create, propose and adopt change strategies for end-users. - Follow up with the project communication area to ensure change. - Seek feedback from end-users for continuous improvement of newly implemented solutions.

Main activities: -Analysis of customer needs to create software requirements. -Research new functionalities for the software products. Definition of functional and non-functional requirements. -Detailed analysis of suggestions and proposals for improvement of processes and/or software functionalities. -Developing of new software products (Management)

Main activities: -Responsible for internal projects management. -Ensure deliverables are on time for the final customers. -Working with developers, testers, and BAs as leader. -Ensure developers and testers always have tasks to work on. -Backlog management of software projects.
