My name is Liliana Barrientos Barrientoa and I am a seasoned Human and Finacial Administrator with over 5 years of experience.
In my current role as a Global Process Specialist at UPS in Medellin, I am responsible for planning and executing some pojects for operations teams, I also provide support to accounts receivable operations teams, using UPS tools. The professional experience I have gained during my time here has helped me to implement innovative strategies for motivating coworkers to perform a hight quality job, while improving my team work abilities.
Prior to this position, I spent over 4 years working as a customer Service and operation supervisor at BBVA bank, providing the clients with information about the bank services, controlling and supervising the office operation during extra shifts, leadering a team of three people.
