Maintenance management of the OXXO distribution centers (4 CEDIS) at regional level, responsible of work teams at difetent levels, local and remotely. Planning, control and execution of maintenance Budget and investments (CAPEX and OPEX). Tracking of energy KPI´s. Forklift fleet management, preventive and corrective maintenance, building renovations and extensions, quiality and regulations improvement.

Responsibility of infrastructure maintenance and general services of plant. Compressed air equipment, HVAC equipment, vacuum system, electrical systems, fire protection system, building cleaning services, civil works, remodeling, 1 supervisor and 8 technicians in charge, contract coordination in variable work plans.

Management of facility maintenance and general services of beverage production plant. Sourcing of materials, spare parts and services, coordinating of electrical, mechanical and civil works. Remodeling projects and building cleaning services. Personnel management, from 40 to 22 people. Member of the sustainability team and inclusion and diversity team.

Management of operating process of steam generation, compressed air, water purification, refrigeration using ammonia (NH3), CO2 catchment and processing for beverage production. Management of operating personnel, 8 people.

Coordination of reception and first treatment of raw material (Mango, coconut, guava, apple and peach). Monitoring and control of key process indicators and productivity indicators. Production reports and following indicators, management and supervision of 200 people in three shifts.

Responsibility for the production of clay roof tiles, flat concrete roof tiles, concrete block and paving stone. Planning and following of production and performance indicators. Approval and follow up of sourcing materials and spare parts. Solve of production and special projects problems. Management of 180 people during plant operation in 3 shifts
