Project Manager for the purchasing area of a leading company in the retail sector. My main role was to analyze purchasing processes, look for improvement opportunities, and adapt the ERP system to the area's needs. Re-design of Digital Signing Tool to meet new security and legal requirements. Follow up on the roll-out phase and integration with JDE. Scorecard and KPI’s definition for the area, together with the necessary tools for feeding and obtaining these.
BBS Urban Contractors is a real estate developer with projects all around the US. Most of the jobs are residential building renovations. I am responsible for the administrative management of each project. • Quotation: negotiation of materials availability, MOQs, and costs with suppliers/labor costs with workforce • Pricing: strategy definition & negotiation of the final price with clients. • Project Follow up: get daily updates from the workforce, analyze reports on work progress and communicate with clients. • Liaison between our clients and the construction company. I am responsible for carrying out the accounting of expenses and payments. • Client aftercare: Once the project is finished, I attend to our client's aftercare needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
