• Develop and implement HR strategies and plans aligned with the organization's global HR objectives. • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution, oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits packages. • Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and employment standards in the country. • Foster employee engagement and satisfaction through various initiatives, such as surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.

Head of HR - Americas Region • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the region. • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of human capital

• Payroll management in Americas Region (salaries, overtime, benefits & expenses). • Talent acquisition: Recruitment & hiring process. Induction to new joiners across Latin America. • Coordination of corporative events • Drive Career Framework & Succession Plan • Performance Management • HR costs and Budget management • Visas and expatriation/immigration process • Coordination of HR programs such as Referral Program, Get Fit Program, Internal newsletter, Rewards & recognition program, among others. • Participate in global projects and initiatives

Treasury: Payroll and suppliers’ control. Clearing of loans.

HR & Finance Management such as: Recruitments, Payroll, negotiation with customers and suppliers. Tax and financial planning.
