Hello, I hope you are doing well, my name is Oscar Cruz, I’m 23 years and I’m from Nicaragua. I’m a Network and Telecommunications Engineer. I have more than 4 years of experience working in IT jobs. I worked for more than 1 year as Cloud Support Engineer and before that worked as a tech support specialist and tech support lead. I have years of experience performing troubleshooting in multiple OS such as Windows, macOS, and so on,  and multiple software, data entry, data analysis, and document sharing using multiple platforms, and from my experience as an IT Lead, I learned skills more related to administrative positions.
