I am passionate about dealing with people and
everything related to communication. Since I
finished my Business Administration degree, I’ve
been diving deep in Human Resources and
Internal Communications.
I have extensive experience in multiple areas of
Human Resources in big companies, which gives
me a comprehensive view of all the processes.
In the last years I could develop in challenging
and innovative teams, with a lot of process
orientation, creativity and problem-solving
capacity.
I have been working in the training area,
detecting needs and covering training gaps.
Also leading various transformation projects
regarding new ways of learning.
