Management and administration of 20 business units, mainly corporate canteens such as 3M, Bimbo, Danone(2), Pfizer, Chedraui, GEPP (2), Televisa (2), HSBC (6) (from 80 to 1200 daily services), coffee points and facilities accounts (cleaning and Micro-kitchens) such as Bloomberg, Facebook, Amazon y Goldman Sachs. Control of costs, preparation of menus, budget, forecast, reading and interpretation of financial statements (Profit and lost documents (P & L)); Organization of staff (13 people direct and up to 200 in an indirect way), negotiations for renewals of contracts, billing, collection and past due portfolio tracking; Active and direct participation as country leader for certification of Centers For Excellence (CFE) obtaining the first unit certified in Mexico in 2017.
