Approves customized response documents and develops standarized documents. Support in medical congresses. Therapeutic areas: Oncology, Neuroscience, Rare diseases

Provide timely and quality responses to medical enquiries from Novartis country affiliates. Write or review MI deliverables such as Global Guidance Documents, MI Q&As to ensure they meet quality requirements. Lead the generation of reports for stakeholders on enquiry metrics and insights from countries and regions. Provide support to management of Congress Medical Information services, onsite and remotely. Therapeutic area: Oncology, Immunology
